What are Narratives?
Narrative is the what tells you the story is about for example like in life of pie its about a boy who gets stranded on the sea and then escapes. 


Some narratives can be fictional or some of the stories could be true for example the boy in the stripped pyjamas was a true story whereas Godzilla is fictional.

A title sequence is one of the most important things in a film. Its important because it gives credit to all the main people in the film and the people who helped made the film. Most films opening scenes are very good and interesting like fast and furious 6 but on the other hand if the film inst good it will give a wrong impression on the audience.

this is how all title sequences start:

Who is presenting the film e.g "Warner brothers"

who the film is  associating  with e.g "Netflix"

Who the film is by e.g "Midway"

who the main actors are

casting

music/costume

visual effects/editing

other producers/directors of photography

who the film is produced by

sometimes if the film is based on something

the main title of and the director



an example of a good title sequence is "James bond"
